Christina has been teaching Yoga since 1999 and her classes are conducted in a supportive and passionate way. Christina's quest is to guide students into the part of their practise that allows them to explore their emotional and physical self and carry this with them into their daily life.

Christina believes that Yoga has the power to heal, build strength, flexibility and balance of mind and body.

Christina's training with Louisa Sear in Byron Bay Australia, and Usha Devi in Rishikesh India, encompassed many realms of Yoga. Her classes reflect this by incorporating the disciplines of both Ashtanga and lyengar. Christina also brings to her classes her vast knowledge of Yoga therapy and philosophy, male and female reproductive health, meditation and pranayama (breating and relaxation).
