The One on One's are most frequently designed to offer remedial benefits to support a student's health and healing needs with the classes spent concentrating on the student's particular weaknesses, injuries or illness. These could include improving posture, firming and toning of the entire body, relaxation & destressing techniques, postures to support female reproductive health, increasing strength and flexibility and circulation.

Of course, private yoga classes are also excellent way of addressing the needs of students who are looking to completement their sporting or physical activities or talking them deeper into their own yoga practice.
